Harris’ Local Government Division Acquires IMS Enterprises Inc.
Niagara Falls, NY, July 23, 2019 – Harris’ Local Government division announced today that it has completed the acquisition of IMS Enterprises Inc. (IMS).
IMS is a full-service credit and debit payment processor that specializes in providing payment processing software solutions to government organizations. With over 30 years of experience in unsurpassed services and solutions, IMS’s abilities and solutions complement HLG’s existing public sector software portfolio.
